Today I did CDorner 80's Step (first two combo segments) 24 minutes I missed most of the warm up as I forgot to start my watch, 149 calories, heart rate 130/161. I also did LMR Upper Body, 51 minutes, 187 calories, heart rate 103/144. Total time 75 minutes, 336 calories. I need to get to bed soon. My granddaughter is coming over in the morning to make tiramisu. She has to be at her school early so while on this side of town she wanted to come over. She is getting ready for her senior year.
Carolyn, nice work on KCM Cardio Fit Cardio Kickboxing.
Judy, good job on Saturday's 30-minute Peloton Ride and yesterday's 45-minute walk/run outside. Nice work on the 20 minutes of light weights and 30 minutes of stretching today as well. Winning a prize at the grocery was a nice surprise. I never win anything like that. I remember when I was a teenager my parents won a tv at a furniture store. I came home from school, and she was all excited. It was a color tv and we only had a black and white console tv at the time. I liked the LMR 2 Lower Body Heavy Weights. I went lighter on most of it.
Valerie, moving the plants and prepping sounds like a lot of work. We need to repair our walk ways on both sides of our house. It looks nice, but it is stones and the mortar/concrete between the stones is cracking in places. Not happy with the look. Whoever did it did not do a good job. I talked to our neighbor that had his done at the same time and his is cracking too.
I do not know what all they had my brother do. He has been on loads of antibiotics. I hope the new surgeon does a better job. His other knee he had done a couple of years ago and he was fine with that one. He had to wait for the second till he got medicare. That first one cost him a lot out of pocket because they thought everything was covered at the doctor's office. Their mistake. They waived the doctor's charges, but he was left with a big bill for the rest. My daughter is feeling much better. She says she does not want to go through anything like that again.
