Guten Morgen, Peeps!

As I sip my cup of coffee right now, I'm wondering if I'm sipping alone or need to put on another pot!! Check in so I can get that second pot brewing, 'kay?

I did nothing this morning. I was lazy. I am planning to workout tonight after Houdini goes to bed. I'm thinking LIS step and maybe some Stretch Max. I think I'm fighting off the cold Houdini had so I'm taking Ziacam (Sp?) and drinking a lot of water. So far just a little drippy, but nothing serious, so I hope to keep it that way!!

Houdini's B-Day is coming up the first week of December and I need help with party ideas! I'm doing Curious George for the theme (She LOVES George!) I'm doing banana cupcakes (get it? Monkey and bananas?) but don't know what other jungle-monkey type snacks to serve. Any ideas? For the older kids I'm doing a Curious George coloring table with pre-printed coloring pages, etc. Most of her other "friends" are around 1 so I don't have to plan any games...whew! But I'm open to any ideas!! I thought the take home goody bags could be George stickers, a banana, and maybe a box of animal crackers...Thoughts???

OK, need to work now. Budget numbers are due today, ugh...

I think for a lil one's birthday party that goodie bag sounds good but will they not mouth the stickers? Or will you have older children there also? Goodness my baby is 10 so yeah our parties here consists of slumber parties, pizza and lots of tween movies with getting all glamed up lol


As for moi.....
Its been one hellva week for me so sorry I had not been around to post .

I usually post early in the morning and after wards my day starts and gets uber hectic with family life and stuff that I need to get taken care of.

This week my 16 yr old son was invited to attend some colleges courses for the spring semester so I had to run around to get paperwork done, get him at placement exams, schedule appointments for him and yada yada yada.

Momma's work is never done.... I have to soon go and get my youngest from school for a prior Twilight appointment lol. I went to the midnight showing last night w/ my 18 yr old and wow it was packed but we had fun.

Hi Peeps

I am still in major grieving mode and am having a hard time concentrating on anything else. I will be back as soon as I am able. Thanks for your prayers and support. Keep em coming

We are in crisis mode here, too. We did not have a death, but a member of our community had a major medical emergency. Some stuff can be handled here, but some stuff means an urgent flight to the US, and that is the case now. DH and I are the main care-givers in the situation.
