P90X order

Hi all. I'm just looking for reassurance that someday my P90X will arrive. I ordered it expedited on March 3, but it got put in as regular shipping.I've called multiple times & been told many different things ie- (it was shipped the 4th, it was shipped the 10th, it's on backorder, you should get it in a couple days.)I found out about it through Cathe's web discussion. Any encouraging words from those of you who already own it would help. Thank. Coleen

On the positive side, I had a great workout with Muscle Max this am. I LOVE Cathe!!!!
 
I have heard many people having a lot of problems with Beach Body Customer Service. I had no problems. I was told my order would ship in 2-3 weeks and I had it in my hands 7 days after I placed my order.

Have you been charged anything? You should have it by now!
 
I am sorry you are having problems! Since they charged you, I would get super aggressive with them! It call, demand to know when you will have it, get names, speak to a supervisor. If they do not have it when they say, tell them you want a refund! That is CRAP that they have your money but you don't have your product. Keep us updated!

I am sorry to hear that you are having so many problems with your P90X order. Like Sarah... I ordered mine and got it pretty quick..but I paid for the entire set up front, because I knew that I wanted to keep it..

When I ordered I got an order number..Did you get an order number? Once they shipped it they gave me a tracking number as well, once shipped it took 4 days to reach me FED EX.

I called in my order, rather than placing it on their web site..plus I checked on the stauts of my order every day until I got the tracking number and I knew it was on it's way!!!

Do you live in the USA? I know that orders outsiude the USA take several weeks to process.

I hope that you get your P90X soon!!! I am going to start my P90X rotation with Imafitnesfreak next week...maybe yuou will get yours by then and can join us

How nice of you to remember! I still have not gotten it. I talked to a supervisor yesterday who says he sent it Fed Ex two day last Wednesday. He credited my account 50% of the price. The supervisor, Herbert, was so nice, but I feel like their shipping department has a lot of confusion. I'l post when I get it. Thanks for asking! Coleen
 
I ordered my P90X on March 21 and I received it yesterday (March 29). I also ordered the resistance bands but I have not received those yet. They were shipped regular mail. I hope you get your order soon!! :)
