P90x is a structured 90 day weights/cardio program from Beachbody. Tony is the instructor (Tony Horton) If you go to www.beachbody.com you'll see info. about it. It also includes a suggested nutrition guide. Many people in Cathe-land have done it and loved it.

Chocolate IS the answer, regardless of the question.
I am one of those that did it and loved it! I saw excellent results. There are 3 rotations to choose from and they are all 3 months long. I modified the rotation to include running which I love, an extra cardio session and an extra leg day (this progam is light on leg work). It's not for everyone though. Some folks find Tony annoying but I happened to think he is a crack up...and a HOT one too!}( I gained alot of strength/muscle mass and great definition while doing the X. I also leaned out a tremendous amount in my core area. I ended up with defined abs that I've NEVER had before!
They have a new follow up program out now called P90X+. It's the follow up program for those who have completed the original. I am doing that one as we speak and it is fabulous as well!
do a search on cathe.com
p90x is alot different from cathe. he's excellent for core, yoga, and upper. cathe for legs and cardio. you will need a pull up bar/door gym or bands
i now do p90x+ so i wont be ordering cathe for awhile.
I too, had excellent results (see blog) It's a great structured program. I followed the Classic rotation, pretty much to the letter. Check it out--you will get excellent results.
Bella, your blog is great. I am on phase 2 of the x. I'll post my pics when I finish. I really can't believe what it is doing for my core. It has made me much stronger there.
