Well, I told all you P90Xers that I'd check in once I began the rotation. All I can say is WOW. And...thanks...so much for recommending this program. I am finding it challenging, but I'm surprised how doable it is - I can actually match or exceed the weight of some of the female crew, and know I have Cathe to thank for that. But the style is so different - I love the gym setting, and I don't know, it just feels "tough" - you know? And YogaX?? I thought this would be a rest day - I even went for a three mile run before hand - but I was so wrong. I've been doing yoga for a while, but nothing like this. Definitely a whole other level. I am doing doubles, cause I need my cardio, and I'd miss Cathe too much. But this really is such a great addition to my fitness program. Now if I could just get my diet in shape!!x(
