One-on-One Training with Jackie

Hi guys,

I ordered this DVD from Netflix. It seems to be an OK workout, I haven't done it yet, but what I wanted to tell you is what I've noticed.

It looks like their ab muscles are air brushed on!

Yes it does, especially on Venassa (sorry if misspelled). I've seen the show several times, and not one of them have abs like that until you see them in this DVD. Except maybe Jackie. Venassa's airbrush is more pink than the others.

I guess that's what some people do. I think I'll do that to my tummy and take a picture of it. It will look like a six pack even though you don't have one.

There was a commercial on TV when a fat man on the beach wanted to impress some ladies. He was airbrushed with ab muscles (in front of everyone and on the beach). After the airbrush, he looked good. Yet their was something... Anyway that's what reminded me that Jacky's crew did this also.

It's just that it's a little deceitful in my opinion. Don't like deceit.

Well, off to try the DVD.

I rented one -on -one from Netflix also, just last week. That is funny that you thought the cast had air-brushed abs. I didn't notice that. I have seen that commercial. Very funny!
I'm curious as to what you think about the workout after you do it. I thought it was pretty good, considering that was her first workout dvd. I probably wouldn't buy, though. I enjoy Cathe so much more!

Maybe they did, but the brush was clogged? I have no desire to look at her videos, or give her any (more) money!

I just finished the workout. Collage Video rates it as an intermediate. I think it is a somewhat hard beginners workout. Each exercise is for one minute. It's nothing like a Cathe DVD. And as Cathe says, "You can do anything for one minute".

Perhaps if you are having a very hard day or want a sort of advanced beginners workout, you could do this.

I like to try out different workouts from a variety of DVD's and personalities, but other than that, I've said enough.

I have not bought this DVD. I don't like Jackie at all from the two shows I watched. But... Do you really think they airbrushed their abs? I know celebrities will do that but to do it on cast members in a workout video does seem deceitful. Don't like that at all... That's just more confirmation that I will not buy that video..
