Caitlin: Great to "see" you! I'm sorry you've had back issues, but I'm glad to hear that you're fighting back. Massages are the best, aren't they? If I could afford one, I'd get one every day!

Renee: I'm sorry that your knee is hurting - do you take glucosamine? I take Cosamin ASU (Cathe recommended it) & I really noticed a difference. I like Gym Style Legs a lot - just a straight forward leg workout with both weight work & floor work.
I did Gym Style Bi's Shoulders & Tri's on Friday, but that's it for the weekend. I did Clean Max on Saturday, & that always gets my elbow hurting since I do most everything with my right hand.

I want to do the Slow & Heavy series this week. I've always liked that series, too.
