Did X Train Burn Sets - Chest, Back & Shoulders yesterday evening. Felt really good about the weight increases I was able to handle. I'm back up to 50 pounds for chest press (which I know is not a lot for a lot of people, but it is for me!), & 15 pounds for chest flies. I was able to do 25 pounds for my one-arm rows. I don't think I'll ever be able to handle as much as Cathe, though...
