**ONE DAY AT A TIME FOR 2013**

Did X Train Burn Sets - Chest, Back & Shoulders yesterday evening. Felt really good about the weight increases I was able to handle. I'm back up to 50 pounds for chest press (which I know is not a lot for a lot of people, but it is for me!), & 15 pounds for chest flies. I was able to do 25 pounds for my one-arm rows. I don't think I'll ever be able to handle as much as Cathe, though...

I have a question, do any of you know of a good debt consolidation loan place? I used to work with safe gaurd but they are not the same people anymore or something one guy said he couldn't help cause I am working with another company but I think he misunderstood me. It isn't a credit consolidation I have and I tried to tell him that he was rude . I am getting worried

Friday evening, I did X Train All Out Low Impact HiiT, the weekend was Clean Max, & last night was Slow & Heavy Bi's, Tri's & Abs.
It is extremely hot & humid here today & is expected to be like this all week...

Yesterday evening was CrossFire & a stretch. Just did the regular work out, but added in the Low Impact Tabata. That was quite enough, thank you very much! Sometimes I wonder why I put my body through that.... Back to Slow & Heavy tonight - probably Chest & Back.

Great job on CF. I did a 3 and a half mile jog today took me about 39 minutes I wanted to do 4 but foot was twinging

Renee, you're absolutely right - it makes me happy, too! ;) Great job on the jog, but I'm sorry that your foot was twinging & you couldn't quite get the 4 miles. But, I'd say that you did great (especially since I can't jog!)!

Did Slow & Heavy Chest & Back the other night, then did Slow & Heavy Legs & Shoulders yesterday evening, plus an extended stretch. Got a family get-together on Saturday & I get my granddaughter on Sunday, so I don't see any workouts over the weekend, except for tonight. I may do a HiiT type workout, or I may go with Yoga Relax - I'll see how I feel once I get home.

Good job on the workouts !! Michelle I am trying Michelle Dozois peak fit workouts. Yes it is endurance and cardio. It is hard still but the weight work is more endurance has 10 DVDs 2 strength, 2 cardio-strength, 1 interval cardio, core DVD, flexible DVD, anytime anywhere DVD, 2 pure cardio, it's what I am hoping will finally get me to look like something other then an egg or ball shape ! Lol I went to see a movie today! Can you believe, hubby went with me! He hardly ever goes!! It was the conjuring!! Good movie!

Friday, I did HiiT 40/20. Monday, I did Yoga Relax, & yesterday evening, I did X Train Chest, Back & Shoulders.
Sorry I haven't been around much - busy weekend, & since the office girl was let go about a month ago, I've been absolutely swamped in the office trying to do her job as well as my own. No wonder I'm exhausted!

Renee, I don't "do" booger movies (as a friend of mine calls scary movies)... LOL I really don't like being scared for my entertainment. Criminal Minds is about as "dark" as I like to get. Do you watch that show? I'm glad that your DH went with you, though, & that you had a good time.

I did my jog today it was 3.9 miles in 48 min or 49 ? Anyway my goal is 4 miles ! I almost had it to! I want to do it in 45 minutes!

Yesterday evening was X Train Legs, Standing & Floorwork. Then, I laid on my Bed of Nails for 10 minutes. I'm loving that thing - wish I could lay on it several times during the day - especially at work!!! I didn't get the actual Bed of Nails, I got something else, but I'm loving it. I've laid on it twice - I was surprised at how quickly I got it from Amazon. :eek: It says to lay on it at first with a light tee shirt on, but I couldn't feel it through a tee shirt. The neck pillow is a different story - my neck/head area must be a lot more sensitive than my back! LOL Now, if the relaxed feeling in my muscles it generates would only last a lot longer!
 
Yesterday evening was X Train Bi's & Tri's. I was a bit perplexed that some of the weights I had been using seemed way too hard. :eek: Has anyone else ever had that happen to them?
 
Kane yes! Lol a few times! I just try abd think it was how I fuel the body the day before.
I lifted my head off pillow yesterday and pulled a muscle! Actually I thought I popped a disk cause I heard a snapping sound but I could not turn my head after and, i went to doc thinking it was my spin thank God it was just my muscle. I can't lift for a few days but I can jog as long as it doesn't hurt, I'm not hurt now just can't turn head to the right all the way. He gave me muscle relaxer so far so good. I did a yoga basic last night he did say I needed to stretch so that's good too!
 
I painted my exercise room today!

Looks really great, Renee! Love it! I'm sorry that you pulled a muscle - I know how badly that hurts! I'm so glad it wasn't your spine - that would have been a major disaster!!!
On Friday, I did Hard Strikes. Saturday was Clean Max & watching the Road Trip - how fun was that! :D Sunday, I had my granddaughter again, & that's a work out in itself! LOL
I think I'm going to do an Active Recovery Week - just some Yoga & maybe some light cardio. I kept pushing myself last week, but I'm just really fatigued, so I think this will be a good thing.

Jogged 30 minutes today, went paddle boat, and yesterday I did a jog and painted my bathroom next weekend ill be painting my bedroom.

Back from my rest week - was hoping to recover from sore joints...
Yesterday evening was Gym Style Back, Shoulders & Biceps. Am a bit sore today in the biceps. I started with them, because otherwise, if I leave them until last, I can't lift as heavy. ;) Keep meaning to check out the August rotation - it sounds like something I'd like.
Will be going to see my father this Friday, & won't be back until Tuesday, so will get some more time to rest the joints.
 
Last night was Gym Style Legs (standing only). I was going to do Gym Style Chest & Triceps this evening, so that I could do the Legs floor work Thursday evening, but my elbow is a bit sore, so I'm going to wait & see how I feel tonight.
