Hello ladies!
Just starting up the thread for this week. As the holidays approach, here's hoping we can keep up the good work with our workouts as schedules get filled with things to do and foods to eat
My plan this week is to focus on yoga everyday, walk whenever I can, and hopefully fit in a disc or two of the low impact series.
Oh, and turns out I'm not all done my Christmas prep - I'm hosting this year and have been informed by my older brother I have to make stockings for my folks
And we're definitely having a tree (doesn't always happen depending on what's going on), so that gets set up sometime late this week...oh and if we can finish the basement renovations that would be a miracle, but it's certainly on my letter to Santa
