Older workouts you have revisited with this sale

Just curious to know, which "older" workouts has this sale made you revisit & pull out again? I ended up doing Flex Train & Circuit Blast & had actually forgotten how much I love these ones! (I did miss out on getting a backup for Circuit Max, bummer.) Others I've pulled out are the Sash series, but haven't done them yet. I think I need to start spending some time on learning some of the older Step workouts I never did, like Athletic Step & Step Moves. Those should be coming in the mail in the next few days. Lots to keep me busy for a long time!

I've rearranged my Cathe collection so my DVD's are more accessible, instead of the older ones being stuck behind the new ones. Now maybe I won't forget about & neglect these fun workouts.

I became concerned that the information on the Shop pages might disappear after Cathe liquidated her inventory. So last weekend I took some time to create User Guides for the older workouts for which there are no guides (not as detailed as Cathe's nor the Compendium though). I had a very nice trip down Memory Lane. I noticed some Premixes I've overlooked that are on my mind too. Cardio Fusion from the "Sash" series is one I'm going to take out cuz I'm not sure I ever did it since we had the whole series but it looks like it has some nice combos put together.

ETA: Another oldie - I love BodyBlast's Step Jump & Pump with Step Blast. But I think I may have only done the Hi/Lo once or so because I love the step work so much. I think I'll pull this one out for the Hi/Lo since I'm not really remembering it.

Does anyone know the names of Cathe's earliest workouts?

I still have my Mega-Step workout (on VHS).

I know that I had the Getting in Shape for your Wedding tape. Then there were two others -- one where the background was beachy, sand dunes and stuff (I believe her sister was in that one) and then I recall a really early one where everyone was dressed in purple lame.

Wish those were available on DVD. I would snatch them up in a blink!

Oh my! Wow, I forgot about all of the lace/thong workouts. Those helped me convince my husband to do step workouts (he never hopped turned though!). The beach one was exactly as I remember. Thanks for finding them. Duh, I never thought about looking on youtube for older videos. I think I am going to try some of them now, like what 30 plus years later!

Thanks for posting them.

I love Flex Train, wasn’t crazy about Circuit Blast and also loved Athletic Step but haven’t done it in ages. I can’t do it right now seeing that I’m doing my workouts in my room at my mom and stepdads and my room is upstairs. I’m looking at a 4x6 soundproof mat because one morning while doing 21 Day Fix Extreme, my stepdad said I was loud and he even asked me if I dropped weights on the floor. Yikes, I never do that!

I am hoping the info & clips will remain up on the website. I hadn't realized how dependent I had gotten on them. Step Jump Pump & Kick Max are ones I want to revisit. I think I've only done them once. I tend to reach for the newer kickboxing ones. The Sash series are new to me workouts so those will be getting explored as first timers.

I love all those oldies, minus the excessive "Woo's!"

I really enjoy Circuit Blast! Somehow I missed getting a backup DVD of that one. Now it's out of stock.
