OK, so I am amazing!!!!

but get this....

i have been debating about which cardio machine to buy and i already have a great treadmill that i never use....so i give myself a talking to today ....(ya know the standard "shut the hell up and just do it" sort of talk) so i get on the treadmill and i JOGGED for 30 mins! Holy crap! i have never been able to jog at all much less for 30 mins. I am so impressed with my improved cardiovascular stamina! this must have happened over the months that i have been doing Cathe's step workouts, and i didn't even know it:+ i wore my heart rate monitor and i burned 400 cal in 30 mins. GO ME!!!

Good for you, Jes! As a matter of fact, depending on your mood, just go for it & watch a show or even half a movie while you're on it. Why the Heck! are you even surprised? Silly girl!!! If you can do Cathe, you can do treadmill, no problem.

Good for you! I agree if you can do Cathe then you can do anything.. :) I was a serious jogger before doing any cathe workouts and man they kick my butt! Great job!!

Jes, 30 minutes - that's freaking AWESOME!!! You have also inspired me to get out there and start running. I have a treadmill but I want to jog outside when it's nice out. And I have 2 brand new pairs of running shoes feeling neglected and unloved.... :p

Oh, um, and you're amazing, too! :)

A lot of what we gain from Cathe's workouts is an increased level of strength, endurance, stamina and overall higher fitness levels ... but we also get great confidence and mental strength, too. You got on that treadmill with all that.

Jes, you burned more in 30 minutes jogging on your treadmill than I do in 30 minutes of kickboxing. I burn about 600 calories per PowerStrike workout, which is about an hour long.

Now you got me thinking of doing what my husband suggested -- running. I guess I can try doing that on the rebounder. My knees are shot.

Keep it up. You'll only get BETTER.:)

Thanks to all of you! i gotta admit though Pinky, my knees are killing me, but it is worth it to know i could do that and not keel over;-)

You ARE amazing. I won't jog unless a crazed axe-murderer is after me -- and even then I'll complain the whole time. WAY TO GO! I'm very impressed.
