In the past I have used Calorie King, Sparkpeople (free), Fit Day, Jillian's and Barry's. That being said, I like Cathe's the best. I think that it figures your BMR and calorie deficit very acturately. For me it is beneficial because it helps me relearn how to eat clean and balanced, wine and chocolate included
As I said it is my first month, but I plan to continue using it for quite sometime in the future.
I used it for a while and was so obsessed with the report card portion of it that I let everything go by the wayside and didn't lose an ounce. I had a 3 month membership and didn't go back once it expired. This is not an attack on Cathe's software as it was MY issue but it definitely was a drawback for me.
I am using Sparkpeople now and am very happy with it.
