No Sweets week of Aug 12th

OMG, totally forgot about the hurricane!! I am so glad you are alright and just getting rain. I am so sorry for the other islands that have been in it's path. I hope and pray it misses Jamaica. I feel so lucky to live in a place where hurricanes are not a threat.

Still haven't done my yoga yet. Getting too comfy on the couch after going to the movies. I did good though. Took my own popcorn and water. I had a nice salad afterwards. Did have a small square of dark chocolate again. It's taken me almost two weeks to eat that bar of Ghiradelli :D that is good, right?

Rose, I am glad the the worst of the weather is by passing you.

Fitfairy, great will power in saying no to the dessert.

A friend of mine and I hung out yesterday. Did a little shopping and went out to eat. I had some fried scallops, shrimp, sweet potato wedges and coleslaw. It was so good. Couldn't eat it all because I am still adjusting. I am glad to hear that this will only last a week or so. At least I hope so. I got up early this morning, but to catch up on my cleaning instead of exercise. I ran some errands and I am just getting up from a nap now. Yes, I am glad it is weekend.
 
It seems like exercise was not in our to do list today. I definitely think that cleaning and yoga count as some exercise though.

Today I didn't want to do cardio because I feel very tired (and it was also cleaning day for me) so I did C&W compound & heavy weights premix (no abs and no stretch) followed by segment 3 of Stretch Max. At least it was something. By the way, we're still getting rain but it's not windy anymore. I guess we were lucky with that one. I just hope that nobody else gets affected by this now category 5 hurricane.

Tomorrow I'm doing LM and some traditional abs. Ugh, I am so bored with my low impact workouts! I definitely need something new.
 
Well, I finally did my yoga. Did 40 mins of stress relief yoga- forget which premix. I soooooooo need to do this more often. My upper & lower body is so tight. Even more so since I've started lifting heavier.

Affirm, it sounds like you had a good outing with your friend yesterday. Oh and scallops YUMMY!!
