No salt, sweet, more water check-in - July 26, 2005

Morning ladies!

I guess I forgot to mention to you ladies specifically that I would be away all weekend! How did everyone do?

I managed to avoid the salt entirely and drink all my water, but let's not even talk about the sweets. Even though I'm not doing a no sweets challenge this month, I've been trying to be careful, but this weekend just blew that all out of the water! Ah well. It's over now and I'm back to my regular schedule.

What's new with everyone?
 
Water - check
No Salty snacks - check
No Sweets - ask my stupid coworker who brought in homemade coffee cake this morning. Oh well, I only had half a piece.

Weekends are always the hardest, aren't they Shelley? So many temptations! :9
 
Yesterday I had no taste buds and no real appetite. So what I did eat was not very good :(

Water-check I drank a ton!
Salty-check
No sweets-no check Since I could barely taste anything I went for those darn no pudge brownies again since those I could taste! Somwebody shoot me :(

Hi everyone,

no sweets- check
salt- well caved in and had a few chips last night. Only had a few.
water- still working up on what I want to drink everyday.

Sunday and today I have either messed up on sweets or salt. TTOM!!
need I say more?

Hi,

When I saw you this thread in June, I was very inspired and gave up my daily box of Good-n-Plenty's. I have never been so "on top" of what I was eating and I felt great!!!

Until this past weekend that is, I was in a new grocery store that sold them as bulk, so I said what the heck (huge mistake) and got a handful. Of course I ate them all. Oh it started first as one at a time then...well...gone before you know it.

Then I had some friends come visit and left a box of salt water taffy...Oh my goodness...so good. At least these I threw these away after eating a handful.

So now I would love to join you to get back on track and keep myself accountable.

Ok so that dreaded TOM is near. I've been so tired all day. I swear I slept like 12+ hrs. It's just awful. No energy to workout whatsoever and my coworkers brought ice cream and cake x(. And I had both. Ugh!

Water - check
Salt - check
Sugar - I don't think so.
