Hi ladies! Well, I haven't been on schedule due to some issues sleeping. Ugh, I hate that! The last thing I did was on Saturday - I did Not Your Momma's Step. I did shoulders/chest/bi's and legs from last week, but I never did get to back/tri!
So here's my plan...I will make up for the workout I missed today, then do week 4 legs tomorrow, week 4 shoulders/chest/bi's thurs., and week 4 back/tri sat. Then I'll be all caught up.
Is anyone else a little nervous about starting Meso 2? I'm mostly just scared of those leg trisets. I know she is going to kill us! : )
