new member/cannot change username?

Hi,
it looks as thought there is no way to change my USERNAME? I've clicked on everything I can think of to no avail. Does anyone have feedback on this? Perhaps cancel current registration and start anew? I looked in FAQ's and saw nothing on these two subjects. 1. changing username 2. cancelling.

you just have to create a new username/reregister...

I asked if I could change my user name awhile back and SNM said to use the "Contact Us" feature at the bottom of most of the forum pages and make your request and they will do what they can to accommodate your request I haven't done it yet, but at least I know that it is an option!

I figured I could re-register but I found it odd that I also couldn't see how I could delete this current member record...I will try one or both of these options in the next couple of days.
