Need Suggestions for a companion DVD to Gym Style

Hi, everyone,
Any suggestions for a good total body workout to roundout the Gym Style series? As far as weights go, the Gym Style series are my favorite. But I'm looking for another total body workout to compliment GS. I'm considering Muscle Max. Are there any others to consider?

Thanks!
Terri

I'd say Muscle Max is your best bet, especially because it uses the band as do the Gym Styles.

Just in passing . . . hot enough for ya today? I think it hit 95 degrees in some parts here of the Twin Cities!

For me, alot of the exercises in Muscle Max seemed similar to those in the Gym Styles so I got burnt out doing them both. For that reason I'd choose the Pyramids to compliment Gym Styles. The pyramids has an hour long total body premix, as well as the separate upper and lower body pyramid workouts.

You know, sitting in the A/C makes it a bit more bearable! I heard that we're expecting a longer, colder winter this year. I'll take the 90's for now!

I'm in agreement with Stacy. I have and use Muscle Max but I like the Pyramids more. For me, they are more challenging than Muscle Max.

You might consider High Step Challenge to go along with the HC mood; the exercises are different than MM or any of the GS and you are *wiped* by the end. But since it's a circuit I'm not sure that's what you're looking for.

Muscle Max would be a great total body follow-up to the Gym Styles.

But, if you want a more endurance-based workout, I'd pick Power Hour or the Pyramids - esp. since the pyramids DVD contains a total body bonus workout (no abs, though). Prefer a circuit? Then Muscle Endurance + Boot Camp.
