I'm looking for some recommendations for non-Cathe cardio workouts that have more athletic type moves, as opposed to dancey or torquey(sp) stuff. My knees can't take those kinds of moves every day. I've heard that Mindy Mylrea makes some good, advanced cardio workouts, but have no idea about the moves. Can anyone please advise?!
