Need Inspiration to do Hardcore - Please Help

I don't know what's wrong with me. I cannot bring myself to do my Hardcores!! I have done a full rotation with them once, and a couple of the DVDs I have done twice, but I just can't do them this time. I either think they're too hard (choreography) or too long. I am a morning exerciser and the thought of waking up and having to do hard or over an hour just puts me off completely.

Please help me!!

PS I have no problems with any of my other Cathe's. Maybe it's just because I am not used to them yet. Last time I was due to start my HC rotation I went back and did BB and just loved it.
 
Maybe if you start small with the Timesavers....that will help.

I was new to Cathe when I got them and thats what I did. I still use the Timesaver's even now, as I also am a morning exerciser and sometimes I just don't have enough time to do a 75 minute workout and then a 20 minute Coremax DVD. I also think the coreography may be making you feel like this....but once you start doing them, you'll get better at that.
 
Hi Cathy....maybe you could just do the shorter timesaver versions of most of the Hardcores??? I absolutely love this series. But if you like BB better stick with that and maybe just add some of the Hardcores once in awhile...:)...Carole
