Cathlete
I have been doing Cathe for about a year. Here is what I have:
DVD Body Blast Series
DVD CTX
DVD Terminator
VHS Body Max
VHS C&W

I try to create my own rotations, but I get lost and just start randomly choosing a workout depending on my mood. I body isn't changing much so I think I need to be more structured in my workouts.
Any advice would be appreciated.

I would consider getting more strength tapes, like the PS series or Power Hour or MIS or Muscle Endurance. Depending on what type of changes you are looking for you need to get more weights tapes. From what you have listed you have the upper body weights from Body Max, and the weight workouts from Body Blast and of course the ones from CTX. Most of those are endurance so maybe you need strength work. I do 3 weight days and 3 cardio days myself and am rotating PS with Slow and Heavy and starting to see some definition. I am getting ready to put endurance back in so I can define even more.

My rotation is as follows:

M-PS Legs and Abs one week/2nd week Slow and Heavy Legs with ankle wt. from Legs and Glutes
T- Cardio
W- PS Back, Biceps and Abs one week/2nd week Slow and Heavy Back, Biceps( I mix and match and I really like the PS format for muscle groups)
Th- Cardio
F- PS Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps one week/2nd week Slow and Heavy Shoulders, Chest and Triceps
S- Cardio

Sometimes I will follow the Slow and Heavy workout the way it is but most of the time I will modify and mix and match to do what I want to do.

I really like the PS series so I would recommend that one highly! :7

Thanks Annette,
I do have the PS upper body vhs. I forgot about them because it has been so long since I've used them.
I think I will add more weight training. I have the mind set if I don't get in cardio I don't feel like worked out.
I will try your rotation and thanks again.
