Need help with a song!

Ok, I've heard this song on the previews to the new NBC series Friday Night Lights. I also heard it this spring being played in the previews and intros to the NBA Finals. Sounds like it must have a sports theme, doesn't it?! I think it must be an actual song, and not just written as a "jingle" for the NBA, since it seems to have shown up in this television series.

Anyway, the only lyrics I can pick up on are when the artist is saying certain percentages of specific qualities (example is "15% concentrated power and will"). It is a rap/hip-hop song.

Other than that, I have no idea. Can anyone help me? It just sounds like it would be an interesting song and I'd like to hear the whole thing. Thanks!
