So glad that some of the advice from our "friends" helped you. Never had the book to read when mine were young, but will have to post mark it for future grandkids.
Happy to hear things are feeling better for all of you after just one day. The realization that you are not the only one and that trying different things is the only way to try to get past it is the first step.
