NEED A ROTATION!!!!!

My videos are kick max, butts n guts, drill max, and 4 day split. I seem to have a strong build but i gain fat pretty easy too. I trying to keep up my motivation but i just need help setting up a routine. Any advice would be great. Also i can't do the step routine's. I end up tripping on myself. Please help!!!!

So if you dont want to do step you have:

KickMax & 4DS Kick

B & G

Drill Max

4DS Bootcamp

Weights: 4DS & Drill Max

There are plenty of good options for you with these because of all the premixes but I think you first need to expand on what your primary goal is for a rotation. Do you need to lose body fat? Gain Lean Muscle Mass? Increase Muscle Endurance? Increase Cardio Endurance?

Also....If you post this in Open Discussion you'll get LOTS of suggestions...
 
Dropping body fat seems to be the biggest problem. I've been exercising for about 2yrs+ and it would just be really nice to see the muscle more than what I do. Plus I really need to stay focused on my lower half. That's where i gain my weight most of all. I would extremely appreciate any advice given. And thanks for your help.

My lower body is a problem area...I think I've finally found what I need to slim it down...I have to do Interval training and use a lower body weight tape 1-2x/wk....AND the most important thing...eat 6 small meals and eat clean!
