Can anyone who owns the Namaste Yoga seasons 1 and/or 2 series on dvd, tell me if the commercials are edited out for a more seamless practice? thanks so much! edie

Hi Edie!

Yup, the commercials are edited out. The screen just goes dark for a second while they transition to the new segment, the way Cathe's workouts do. I'm glad you're enjoying them. I don't own Season 2, nor have I seen it on tv. Does it become any more advanced than Season 1?

Cheers,
Sandra

when I first got my first set of DVDs, I hated them. At the time, I was doing much more strenous types of yoga and these didn't feel hard enough to me....however, recently, a stress fracture in my metatarsal (from overdoing the cardio/impact while unemployed) sidelined me and I wasn't allowed to do flow yoga, nor could I do it due to all of the pushing off the balls of the feet, so I started doing slower Hatha type of practices and tried the Namaste again and now I love them. They are perfect for the evenings to do before bed.

I actually just got the 2nd DVD but have only done one practice off of it but liked it very much. They do use some different yoga terms than I'm used to also....which makes it a bit hard to follow....but I'm sure you'd learn them eventually.

Hi Sandra!

Thanks for the info. I'm so glad the commercials are edited out. I purchased both seasons last night on a whim because I saw a 5 minute video and thought it was a nice relaxing flow - to balance all the power stuff. And at 30 minutes each, it's just enough to start my mornings!

Thanks again!

Edie
