My Super Step's rubber peg cam off as I was stepping my Imax 2 warm up. I really over extended my knee. I put ice and heat on my knee but I was still cool with it. I thought "The Step" company would give me a replacement part, tell me where to get one, or replace it because the step is only 4 months old. The customer service rep told me I have to buy another step. I paid $100.00 for a step that got great reviews on the discovery site now I should buy another? Does this sound wrong to any one else. Now I am really upset because I did not even get an apology and I can not do my routines that require that step.
