Believe by Cher: 3.8 mph, 7 incline
Bitch by the Rolling Stones: 3.8 mph, 7 incline
Brown Sugar by the Rolling Stones: 3.8 mph, 7 incline
China Grove by the Doobie Bros.: 4.0 mph, 6 incline
Dancin' on the Ceiling by Lionel Ritchie: 3.4 mph, 9 incline
Dancin' Queen by Abba: 2.4 mph, 16 incline
Disco Inferno by the Traamps: 3.8 mph, 7 incline
Get The Party Started by Pink: 3.2 mph, 10 incline
Hot Legs by Rod Stewart: 3.6 mph, 8 incline
Let's Spend the Night Together by the Rolling Stones: 4.0 mph, 6 incline
Monkey Man by the Rolling Stones: 2.4 mph, 16 incline
Night Fever by the BeeGees: 2.4 mph, 16 incline
Gimme Some Lovin' by the Spencer Davis Group: 4.0 mph, 6 incline
Street Fightin' Man by the Rolling Stone, live version: 3.4 mph, 9 incline
Tumblin' Dice by the Rolling Stones: 2.4 mph, 16 incline
We Are Family by Sister Sledge: 3.4 mph, 9 incline

I mix up the songs, and don't use them all each time. Isn't it fun?? I just love working out to music.

ETA: have you noticed that your heartbeat goes higher the more you love a song??!!

Yes I LOVE working out to music!! I can workout harder and longer with great upbeat music. I'll have to check my heartrate with my fave songs.. i never thought of that :)

When I lift without a Cathe DVD I like to use harder more heavy metal music }( than the dancey. I need to make a playlist for that to share.

Great music List Nancy!!
