.My question is Why do some People when gaining Muscle bulk up in certain areas if Muscle takes less Space? I have around 17% bodyfat and a daily runner/sprinter/long distance and weight trains but my jeans in the thigh area are tight!!! Thanks!
If you're like me and all the fat hasn't yet come off and you're doing the right workouts for your goals all you can do is HOPE those thighs slim down. Right now, I'm praying my calves slim down. If not, pretty soon they'll be wider than my thighs!

Pound for pound, muscle takes up less space than fat because muscle is more dense tissue than fat. In other words 1 pound of muscle occupies a smaller volume that 1 pound of fat.
Well my thighs have always been large compared to my bone size but keep in mind that there are different types of legs on different types of pants. Many pants won't go much past my knees when some fit just fine.
In looking at your pic it doesn't seem that you have 'unproportional' thighs, so maybe it is the cut of your pants? Straight leg vs bootleg vs flares?
Or . . . we aren't always proportional as I mentioned that I sure am not so it would then be chalked up to genetics.
