Okay,so yesterday I was way happy to receive my Power Hour VHS.. ugh. i am SORE today. Mainly my triceps and hamstrings.. of all things. I guess those are what I didn't work so good before
I took some motrin and it didn't much help. I am really sore and if I sit too long I get stiff. What do you ladies take when this happens? Do you take an extra day off? I was planning to do muscle endurance tomorrow, but now I don't know if I'll be able to. these are my first two cathe weight workouts I have gotten. Guess the fit tv versions just weren't so good cause I was never this sore from doing them on there.
