What are some good muscle endurance workouts? by Cathe or anybody that you have used. After Insanity I want to do a muscle endurance rotation ( i don't want anymore muscle, just want to really define what I have already)
 
Well there's Muscle Endurance by Cathe! :D

Jari Love puts out a line of heavy duty endurance work outs. Some like her. Some don't.

I am currently doing the Slim Series which is supposed to offer excellent results if you have the mental stamina to do it for 6 weeks!

One on One Training with Jackie Warner is a great endurance work out split up into upper, lower and core.

Jillian Michaels is also an excellent choice for endurance weight lifting.

Barry's Boot Camp 5 Day Academy Series is a goodie and a no-brainer since it's a rotation of weights and cardio all in one neat little pkg.

When you say Slim Series is that the Slim in 6 by Beachbody? I have Cathe Muscle endurance are all those other ones you mentioned as good as a workout as hers? Ever since I started using Cathe I find other instructors just done compare alot of the time to her difficulty of workouts.
 
STS Meso 1 is an excellent muscle endurance workout and you won't get bored either. I would highly recommend that series.
 
that is what I was thing was doing just the STS Mesocycle 1, is that a one or two month rotation?
 
It is a one month rotation but I doulbed it up and did it for two. I also added in the STS plyo legs which is also a good endurance workout for legs and you keep the weights lighter.
