MsFit results?

Hello Ladies -

I know some of you were on the MsFit program and am wondering about your results and whether or not you would recommend the program. I've been offline for a few weeks and may have missed your posts.

THis will be my sixth week on her program. I have lost 2% body fat and about 2 lbs. What I have gained is an understanding of how important proper nutrition is for results. I have also learned how important protein is to ensure muscle growth.

I am leaving for Italy on Wednesday. This is a vacation so hopefully, I will not lose everything I've worked for but if so, I know within another month I can be back where I was. I believe I will continue on with another six week consultation.

If you do sign up, be prepared to follow the plan very closely.
 
I approve of it for me but many times, especially on this website, I don't feel my opinions are mainstream or representative of what others may approve of so I hesitate to give you a solid answer, yes or no. For me, it was worth a try and I am seeing improvements and have learned a thing or two about how my body reacts to certain types of food and training.

You need to determine what your goals are and decide for yourself :)
