Sure... I just started with 1 cup frozen sw pot, 1 cup sk milk, and 1 scoop vanilla protein powder and then tasted. It did not need any splenda, it was sweet enough. It was good like this but then I added a few shakes of cinnamon and I like it either way. I don't put cinnamon in my sweet potato pies, so the first version tastes more like the pie.
You are going to flip when you feel the texture of this one!
ETA = for those on fitday, this is one for the big calorie day since one cup of sw pot on fitday is 204, plus the milk plus the pro powder. Not one for a deficit day.
