I'm off to do LowMax. I'm excited - it's one of my new DVDs. If I feel like it, I throw in a leg workout afterwards.
SO is sick so I'm trying my hardest not to get sick. This would not be a good time. I still have more callback interviews and just found out i was selected for Law Journal (From the firms I'm waiting to hear from, it'll be October when they start making offers. Thanks for asking, Kali :) )

Then off to visit my mom for a bit and then school work I guess. hopefully something fun is going on tonight so I'm not doing school stuff all night.

Kali and Jane, thanks so much you guys! Yup, the wedding is tomorrow.

Today I have a pedicure and waxing, and I will try to get a good, long cardio session in at the gym to keep me relaxed. I'd also like to do PUB one more time if I'm up to it.

Tonight I'll eat a light salad and go to bed early. Got hair and make-up people coming tomorrow morning at 8 a.m. By then I need to be showered and should have had my breakfast.

I'm tired of all these preparations. Can't wait to get back to my regular life!!!

Hey Jessica!!

Well I just finished LowMax step combo premix only, 45 minutes, what a sweatfest!! I FINALLY got the reebok step that my DIL gave me last night. Bless their heart, all their things have been in storage, they just got into their new house and they are still trying to get straightened out, it is a mess!!! It is going to take some time.

Anyway, I have The Step studio size with one set of risers and I have the FirmBox which is bigger but only able to use it at a 6 inch or 14 inch level. I have the Fanny Lifter which has an 8 inch level but of course can't do step on it. So the 8 inch level with LowMax was a first for me today and I LOVED IT!!! It made for a much nicer workout. I am going to enjoy this!!

Off to get ready for Charlotte Shout. Will have to do PLB SB and abs late this evening when I get back. Send "don't eat all the food in Charlotte" vibes to me girls!!!! :+
 
Hey ladies,

I am so tired this morning from staying up late last night. I would still be sleeping if my SIL had called me at 9:30. Then I was experiencing yet another computer problem. That is frustrating!x( I will eventually get a now one. but I've been a lazy but this morning except for riding my bike for the first time. I was planning on riding it for 30 mins. but it went to 15. My endurance sucks! Plus my inner thighs were killing me! That shows you how long it's been.


I will do LG floorwork twice and one segment of coremax. It is scheduled for whole thing, but I don't think so!:p and I might try to do a little more on the bike this afternoon.


I need to read all of the posts, but I am rushing to take dd and her friend to get a b-day present, then take them to a party. so I will be in and out today but I will check in when possible.

Oh yesterday I did pretty good with my eating. I am drinking lots of water and only slipped up and had a milkshake yesterday. But It is not sending me in an downward spiral. I think I might even make fridays my day where I can have one treat. Okay well had to get that in.

Hi Again,

Just checking in to report that instead of a 40 minute power walk , I rode my stationary bike for an hour. I did intervals, the highest being 12, so it was a good workout. Also did 200 lunges. Am going to wait and do the stretch tomorrow since it's a rest day anyway.

Now........to the shower!!!!! And then SMOOTHIE TIME! :p :9 :D

DH and I just got done cleaning our laundry room. I cannot believe our house never burned to the ground after pulling out the dryer.
There's something for you to do Charlotte!!

I power walked this morning but I wanted to do RS. I still may do it in a bit. May as well.

DH told his Mom we're having problems. You'll be seeing the story about Hurricane Marge here in NE PA!! I'm kidding. He told her to keep her nose out of it. So we'll see.

I applied for a few jobs online. Next week I'm going to seriously hit the want ads. I've got to find a decent job before I can make any decisions.

Well I'm off to have another coffee and I think do RS. I'm dying to do the full version of it!! FINALLY!

Hello Kali and everyone.... I'm back from Charlotte Shout. It was pretty nice but not something I would feel I just had to go back to. I did sample food here and there and had a "home on the ranch" wrap for lunch (turkey, bacon, and montery jack cheese). My two vices for the day was half of a key lime pie tart (size about the palm of your hand for the whole thing) that DD and I split. It was soooo hot, when I passed the ice cream stand, I found myself telling the girl "I want chocolate"!!:7 I didn't eat the cone though. I sample about 12 of the 17 BBQ contestant's BBQ which I estimated equalled about a cup of BBQ. So my fitday ratios are going to look like crap and this is definitely big calorie day which was really tomorrow. But all's good... I didn't have 12 key lime pie tarts, nor did I go back and order 5 more ice cream cones, so I think I practiced pretty remarkable control for me!!

Gone to do PLB SB w/o and KPC abs.... I may knock out another cardio if I can find the energy. I walked three hours at the festival today in the heat and I feel like a limp dishrag right now!!

Hey guys,

Just got home from eating at O'Charleys and I'm stuffed. But it was delicious!:9 I got the grilled chicken and broccoli and cheese casserole. And I was good and got no dessert:D Need to drink more water today so I will probably catch up tonight. Boy that will mean getting up alot overnight!x(


Jane I hope you had a great time at the festival! You have a tough workout today! I used to love PLB! Can't wait to get back on it!:)


Kali, I hope your MIL does stay out of it, cause I've seen too many situations Where that makes a difficult situation even worse. What kind of job are you looking?

Hey Kim.. glad to see you are breaking in your bike. I hope you are enjoying it.

Well I plugged my food into fitday and I was 100 calories under my big calorie day allowance but my fat was way too high and my carbs way too low, my protein was good (must be the BBQ). So all's good. I will go back to a three-day deficit stretch tomorrow.

I pretty pleased with myself. The food to be had there was just unbelievable, of course, I was also limited by a little thing called cash too. The BBQ was free so I was lucky to get out of there with just a cup.

Gone to do the rest of my workout now...
 
PLB SB and KPC abs done and another one for the record books!! My butt actually went up in the air for a pike. I only did one and the rest were knee roll-ins. When I tried to go up for another pike, I about lost my balance so I figured one was good for now. I didn't want to miss the rest of my roll-ins. :) :) :)
 
Okay, I did the cardio and the PUB. I'm surprised I found the energy.

Ladies, please respond to my opinion post. My DH and I are having a real difference of opinion, which rarely happens to us, and we're very curious to see who you think was right! (It's ok if you want to agree with him, although you would be wrong. }( )

Hi Ladies!

RS is soooooooooooooo much fun! I had a blast doing it! The Fittv version cuts out right before the drop squat pendulums in the 3rd combo! That is the best part!!!! And the Challenge??? LOVED IT! Can't wait to do it again Thursday!
I was going to do IMAX tomorrow, but since we have IMAX 2 on Monday, I'm going to try MIC. I am so glad I got this DVD! No rest day for me!

I didn't do any LB or Abs today. But at least I got a powerwalk in and an hour of cardio. Believe me I didn't work any body parts today, but man am I feeling all of them! }(

Jane, I'm glad you had a good time and that is great what you had to eat! I am proud of you for not going crazy with it. The boys had ice cream before and I had a few spoons and put it away. I could've eaten the whole 1/2 gallon, but I told myself DO NOT DO IT. I have to weigh and measure tomorrow.

Kim your dinner sounds yummy! :9 Awesome job passing up dessert.

I am looking for something where I can work between 9:30 and 2 pm a few days and maybe 2 nights a week. So I've applied to Lowes and Home Depot and tomorrow I'm going to apply at Walmart and Sam's Club. I just want something easy and flexible for now. I'm going to check the paper and online tomorrow for maybe something part time in an office or something. That would be great. But I'm not going to be picky. I just want a job for now. I can always go back to the supermarket where I used to work, but they're not always busy and sometimes you're looking for stuff to do. I'd rather be busy all the time.

I think my MIL will stay out of it. If she doesn't, she's gonna get told just like it is. Just like her DS did.
