Hi Guys.
I wasn't doing anything so I figured I'd start the thread.
Tomorrow is weigh and measure day for me. Hope to see a change, but won't freak if I don't.
Going for a walk and Muscle Endurance today. Yesterday I only walked and did 500 crunches so I'm making yesterday my rest day.
I've got some guys to show up next Sunday playing horseshoes, so I want to workout every day this week. Maybe twice a few days too. They're all family and tend to be ba#* busters about me being a girl and stuff. But I give it right back and I'll tell you what, I can take it a lot better than they can sometimes! LOL!
How is everyone doing today?
