There is 31 days in Aug, isn't there? I can't beleive fall is just around the corner.Uh...jeans are just around the corner.
I am so sore.My upper body is sore from 2 days ago and I can really feel the tightness in my legs from yesterday.I could have atleast waited for the tightness to leave my upper body before I took on my lower body.
I am off the next couple of days and I think I am staying home.I have been going to my parents house lately when I am off but my sister wants to stay in here and I am sort of glad b/c my eating is really bad when I go out there.I get so bored that I pick and pick.
Im not sure if anyone read my last post but I did really well yesterday and I feel very motivated now.I have a sense of control and Im hoping to run with it.I brought an apple to work last night to eat.My sister came up for a visit and whipped out a bag of chips (and I was hungry by this time)I almost died! I held the apple so close to my nose,that way I wouldn't smell the chips.By the time I was finished my apple she was finished her chips.
I have also been drinking a ton of water.I will be very excited to weigh on Monday if I keep this up.
I hope everyone as a good day.I will be going to bed when i get home and working out in the afternoon.

It's hard for me to believe tomorrow is September 1st. I have no idea where my summer went!!

This week so far I've done:
Monday - Firm Calorie Killer (liked it better the second time around)
Tuesday - Accelerated Training Camp (ditto on liking better the 2nd time)
Today - all I could manage was Core Secrets Ab Assault

Monday evenings Nik has her clarinet lesson and I have my oboe lesson, so working out a 2nd time is usually out. Last night was her Open House. All night we've had pounding winds and rain, in addition to the Floor Warning that was issued at 11:30 last night. Oh yeah ... I slept well ... NOT. But all this seems like nothing when I look at the pictures on the news. My heart is breaking for those people.

This is what I have planned for the rest of the week:
Thursday - Firm CAWT and Core Secrets Full Body Challenge
Friday - Kari Anderson AL&C II (Friday nights are football games and Nik is in Marching Band so no workouts those evenings!)
Saturday - Core Secrets Accelerated Core Training and Off The Ball
Sunday - Kari Anderson Reach and Core Secrets Bun Battle.

Yes it's hard to believe summer is over and jean season is just about upon us.

Great workouts Carol! I love schedules.:) My life runs so much smoother when I'm on a schedule!

My sons start school today. Well one has orientation. So I'm going to get them up and ready. My MIL is coming up to take the annual 1st day of school pictures. And of course I have to have them ready an hour earlier than they need to be so she could. x( I love her tho!
She means well!! LOL!

Kali, I find that unless I schedule my workouts like this I stand there for half an hour ... which one do I want to do? And before I know it, I'm behind too much to do anything that morning.

We got a couple of nasty surprises this morning. About 5 minutes after hubby left for work my daughter turned on the upstairs hall light to show me the wall was wet!! We have a ridge vent that apparently was pulled up just enough on one end by the wind that water is trickling in. It happened on the other side years ago in a nasty, windy rain storm. Time to get on the roof again later when the rain stops. It's supposed to clear out by this evening. We shall see.

Then, I took her to school only to find out it was closed due to flooding! Apparently the staff found out when they arrived, and there was no time to get the word out on the news properly. She's happy - LOL!

As I was driving to work I kept picturing New Orleans. Sort of put my minor inconveniences in perspective.

I was not home for dinner last night. I went to my MIL's for dinner. This can be a bad scene when one is watching her food intake. Well, I am proud to report that I did good! I didn't eat the really bad food and I didn't pig out! I had one reasonable plate and that was it! :+

Self control is a wonderful thing when one actually has it!!! :p

Hi Gals,
Sounds like everyone is doing o.k. I just finished Imax 3.I woke up with a headache and with every jump, it felt like my brain was bouncing around.Its a bit better now.I think my sleep was to broken and that is where my headache is comming from.

Hi All,
Did well w/ food yesterday but my workout was short, timesaver BSB. Today is going well, I'm tired from working the a.m. shift but I'm going to walk the dog and decide what workout I'll do when I get back - I may need to nap first :)

Well, I made myself workout and I'm glad I did, I feel great now. I did LM 1-4 plus GS Chest and tri's timesaver, which clocked in at just over an hour - it was fun!

The tape measure comes out tomorrow, I hope I'm pleasantly surprised :)
