Moisturizer/Foundation

Goodmorning everyone...


I was just wondering if there is an all in one moisturizer/foundation out there. I dont use foundation because I just find it too time consuming to put it on in the morning. I have also seen some women who wear it and it just looks like a mask. I just wash my face and moisturize put on some eye concealer my lipgloss/lipstick and lipliner thats it. I'm 36 years old and have never used any real makeup except on special occassion. I love to use mascara but rarely do because even though I do wash it off at night I find that I still wake up looking like a line backer and I dont like that. I see that my skin tone is a bit uneven and would like to fix that.

What I use is Neutrogena's Healthy Defense daily moisturizer light tint. It has a SPF of 30 and has just a sheer hint of color.

It covers 3 bases ... no need for foundation because of the color in it, it has sunblock and it's a moisturizer. Perfect!

I tried tinted moisturizer and my skin never looks right; it either looks too dark or too light. I use Neutrogena oil-free moisturizer and mix it in my palm with a drop of foundation. The combo is so light so it doesn't feel/look like you have a mask on while evening out your skin tone, and the moisturizer has SPF in it too. Just make sure that your makeup and moisturizer have the same base, like water. I love Revlon's Custom Creations foundation; it's water-based and you can dial to match your skin tone.

Mary Kay has tinted moisturizers for $18.00 and
AVON sells them for $9.00 under thier MARK brand name.

I was also looking for something along those lines. I don't wear a lot of makeup either and don't like anything heavy on my face. I just startd using a foundation and mineral powder. The mineral powder I bought at a Mary Kay party along with a concealer. I just recently bought Revolon Active foundation.It was about $8.00. It is 25spf and very lightweight, its also supposed to be sweatproof. I wear it along with the Mary Kay mineral powder. Nothing heavy and evens out my skin tone without looking cakey or like I am a wearing makeup.
