I'm trying to determine how many calories I should eat to lose weight. The problem I'm having is figuring out whether my workout schedule is vigorous or moderate? I have a sedentary job so most of the exercise I get is through my workouts. Here is what a typical week looks like for me:
Mon: IMAX 1, 2 or 3 + 12 min abs
Tues: STS & KPC cardio (no abs)
Wed: Rhythmic Step + 12 min abs
Thurs: STS & 40 min Tae Bo
Fri: Lo Max + 12 min abs
Sat: STS & a low impact dance video (40 min)
Sun: rest day
