missing dvd

I just discovered that the box I preordered that should contain the KICKMAX dvd is empty. I had preordered the dvds to the USA but I live in India. The dvds reached me only now when a friend brought them to India. Has anyone else had a similar problem? I have written to the step n motion company as soon as I discovered the problem. But am I too late? Do I have a chance of getting my missing dvd?

I had a similar problem. I ordered an entire series and was shorted one DVD. I emailed Customer Service and they quickly replied and shipped another DVD that day. I have been please with the service here so you shouldn't have any problem.

All I can say is, I too have had good customer service. Hope you will get good satisfaction too. Especially , since that is a good DVD.

I just wanted to post an update. I received an assurance from step n motion within 24 hours that my dvd will be sent to me. I wanted to applaud the customer service department for their excellent work.
