OK, I'm back to do some personals, though maybe no one will be up late to read them.
Deb, you sound like me--I am always checking my calories burned numbers. Every little bit is good, though.
Robin, I sometimes use a 4" step, and that's what I'll start back with tomorrow. Even 6" seems high when you've been dealing with injuries and illness!
Shelley, my sympathies for your TOM pains. I would be on mine right now, too, if it weren't for starting those 3-month pills. So far so good.
Emily, I guess it's a good thing there are no Dairy Queens nearby here.
Shannon, I'm not melting much either, but we can still support those who actually do melt, right?
B, resisting pizza cravings is a pretty awesome baby step--way to go!
Tneah, love love love your tree--it looks gorgeous.
Michele, glad I'm not the only napper here.
