Medicine Balls?

I had a $25 certificate waiting to be spent at Amazon, and found this one: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/t...3/002-3458258-5018415?_encoding=UTF8&v=glance
It's a soft and squishy, and about the size of a small bowling ball. I thought the price was good, and it qualifies for free shipping (as long as total order is over $25).
I did the third segment of Core Max this morning and it worked perfectly!

I just did a major shopping search for medicine balls because I wanted to buy a couple. This was the cheapest place I found:

These balls are just what I wanted. They are firm and bounce (I wanted to be able to play med ball with my kids). I have some squishy smaller ones too, and those are also nice but they don't bounce.

I bought my med ball online at www.karatedepot.com They are having a sale on shipping ($2.95) and I dont have a car so this was great. I got the 9 lb black med ball.
