maybe switch vets-old cat problem?

my kitten wouldnt mind going to this new vet but my other cat has been with this vet I have now for 12 yrs.Wil she have a problem switching over? Maybe my cat wont care since she hates going to the vet.It takes her awhile to not be afraid of someone. I am having trouble deciding.

My opinion, since your old cat hates going to the vet anyway, I would at least try the new vet. I was taking out cats to one vet and the vet got the blood work mixed up on the cats and could have been a bad deal but we went back and said something. I ended up switching over to a different vet and the cats okay. The one absolutely hates going to the vet no matter what so it really didn't matter and the other didn't seem to care. I would say if you think this new vet is better, I'd give it a try.

I switched because I wanted a vet who cared and listened, especially when my cat got old and needed special care.
