Okay, sorry for the lame title. I could not think of anything cute or funny or even weird. The two little ones were in the bed with me last night so I did not get much sleep. Plus, I worked in the yard most of the day so I was really tired and really needed some sleep. DH slept in one of the kids beds so he is nice and rested. Oh, speaking of DH, he realized why he was such a jerk - he was stressing about his mother visiting (he picked her up yesterday). Shouldn't I be the one stressing about the visit? ;-) Anyway, I will ease up on the kickboxing this week, but he is still on thin ice.
Did the last of 4DS, the BC portion and added on the weights and calves/core from 4DS LIS. I like the calves section - it hits it hard and fast. I have those larger-sized calves and really need the work.
So, I wrote a rotation-ish for myself and wrote "LTT." Does anyone have any idea what I meant? I went through my stuff and did not see anything that looked like it could be it. Lower intensity training?
