I am on Meso 1 Week 2 and tomorrow is MIC...OMG! This is like the hardest cardio workout I know. Does anyone else have a hard time doing the whole thing without stopping? I HAVE GOT TO KNOW I'm not alone on this one. In fact, I was thinking of taking a 5 minute break between sections. It's gonna be Friday, I'm tired, it's my 6th workout day of the week, plus getting up at 5am everyday, working all day, kids, working out...I'm tired! I'm just venting (or ranting).
