I found this rotation that I had printed out a long time ago. I'm thinking about following it for my next rotation:
Day 1: PS CST/BBA(each week I would alternate PS and PUB)
Day 2: CTX LL(I would add PS floor work)(I would also alternate with PLB)
Day 3: CTX Shoulders, Bi's, Tri's/Cardio
Day 4: Cardio(add abs)
Day 5: MIS(I think I will do PP Two Set Premix instead)
Day 6: Cardio
Day 7: Cardio or Rest
Does anyone have any thoughts as to why shoulders, bi's, and tri's are worked 3 times a week and chest and back is only worked twice a week? Should chest and back as a rule be worked less than shoulders, bi's, and tri's? Thanks for any light anyone can shed on the matter.

P.S. Edited for typo's.
