Attention CatheLIVE subscribers, Thursday March 19, 2026 at 9:30am EST we’ll be doing “Lower Body Fire” LIVE! This all standing, lower body workout will gradually build in intensity right from the warm up. Be sure to work hard and challenge yourself and pick up heavier weight whenever you’re able to. Embrace the challenge!

Equipment needed:

A variety of weighted dumbbells ( 10lbs-25lbs is suggested, but feel free to use heavier or lighter weight if preferred)

Two small plates to elevate your heels/toes

What a fun workout. Searching for the elusive machine gun sound was golden! Too funny. Loved the encouragement to choose those heavy weights and the slower pace to make it possible. Enjoyed working out with you, Cathe and live crew!
 
Forgot to add how helpful the mental imagery of "closing the car door with your butt" was on dead-lift variation (single leg dead lift, if I"m remembering correctly). That really worked! Great translatable instruction! Thanks!!
