Lower Body Solution?

OK...I've seen this terminology used on a few occasions in posts, and I confess, I'm stumped. Is the LBS some kind of rotation using Cathe tapes? If so, can anyone tell me the rotation?
Thanks

Hi. No, it's actually the name of a book which endorses doing frequent leg workouts. I cant remember the author, but there is a website with more info if you're interested.

Stacey and Honey...
Thanks loads for the interpretation. I looked at the website, and suddenly recognized "Lower Body Solution" for what it was....FREESTYLE!! LOL
I remember, back in 1997, when I really got on the exercise bandwagon, I discovered the magazine "Woman's Fitness". It was within those pages that I read about Freestyle and an exercise routine that was meant to slenderize hips and butt and thighs without adding bulk. I even did (in a modified form) some of the exercises recommended in the articles. However, I can't vouch for total effectiveness, because I was also using Cathe and Firm tapes to complement the lunge series so integral to the "Freestyle" program.
Thanks for the weblink. It refreshed my memory. Too bad I have a bum knee...all those lunges (without a dowel for support, most likely) might land me back on the operating table, which I am trying mightily to avoid!

I think another key point to making this method work is NOT to do too much in one day. 15 minutes or so would be do-able, but it's real easy to get burned out if you're not careful.

Amen! Be cautious as to how much weight you decide to use as well as how often and long. I use Cathe for my weighted workouts, so I keep my non-weighted workouts down to 15min or 30min depending on which video I'm using. The key is to truly listen to your body! There are weeks when my knees tell me, "okay Donna, lets skip that 3rd set of leg presses in LL, just sip some water and set up for the next exercise!" And you'll have to fuel yourself for the additional lower body workouts. They will wear you out if you overtrain and don't take care of yourself. I personally do not do 6 days, I do 5 days/week to prevent injury or overtraining.
