Hi Ladies,

I did the first 5 intervals of IMAX 2 last night and ME. Went light on the leg sections. I love those glute lifts!!!
Tonight is a run and L&G.

The pants I wore yesterday and the pair I have on today are loser in the butt and thighs!! I love it... I think working the legs more is just what I needed!!!

Have a great day ladies!!! :D

This morning was Cardio Kicks, first half hour and then L&G floor work for about 20 minutes.

Good for you Beverly! I'm liking my results, too. My legs are looking more defined. Finally! And upping my cardio has helped my mid section.

I am really glad you ladies are happy with your results, although I knew you would be, I think some others should give this a try, I think its the way to go, for those ladies who want to slim down their lower bodies....... keep up the good work....
By the way I am still doing the Freestyle workouts and really like my results..... like I said I also follow the nutrition plan in the book pretty close, just not the same foods........ Rhonda:7

Morning everybody!

I did Boot Camp this morning (Intervals 1-6 only because I ran out of time). I love that workout. Tomorrow is IMax2 and PLB (up only). I'm 115 and holding. My pants are all loose in the hip area. Will measure again on Sunday.

Still waiting for my book. I ordered 2 weeks ago - so I will call again today. I'm anxious to check out the nutrition plan.

Have a fab weekend.

i'm not looking to slim down the legs - i want muscles to pop through - especially in the back of my legs. i'm soooooo frustrated. i've been weight training for a year and still haven't seen any results in my hamstring/butt area. its really frustrating. i'm small enough - 107 lbs at 5foot 3 - i have a bit of fat back there that just won't disappear.

As for my arms - they are well defined and i'm not even trying! i'm trying with my legs but nothing. what am i doing wrong? i've been doing plb, ps legs, me and l&g for lower body. for cardio - i've been doing HIIT for two weeks - before that it was a run - but only once in a while. i've upped my weights to go heavy....but still nothing. I also try to eat a really clean diet - all week with one cheat day. any ideas?

Lynne, I am not a Freestyle Trainer, I just started myself in Feb... but there are a few ladies who could probably answer your questions on the muscle thing..... her name is Geri she is a freestyle trainer and you can see her pics on www.bodychangers.com 3rd one down, you can email her and ask her, [email protected] ... also [email protected] .. you could go check out her pics on her web site..... never hurts to ask someone who knows the answers..... Good Morning ladies....How are you?? yesterday I did PP, 2 sets. That is a good workout. Today I am going to do L&G's, plus BlastMania. Tomorrow will be PLB, and some cardio. I finally got my book!!!! I have been skimming thru it, reading parts. I am not good at reading informational books, they bore me, but I am trying to do really good with this one. Take care, and have a great weekend.

Wow, you are all doing so great. How exciting to hear about pants getting looser! This morning I did CTX Kickbox (minus the bicep portion), and later on today I'll be doing floorwork, probably from PS Strong Legs. I also just got PUB today (video off Ebay) so I might try that out later too, if time permits.

Okay, I need your opinion here. I want to buy another Cathe DVD. Since this rotation is working so well, I would like to get something that would help with the Freestyle training.

I have all of the Intensity Series (minus the Terminator, Viper and Gauntlet DVD), and I have her Leg & Glutes/KPC DVD.

What would you ladies recommend that I purchase next? Keep in mind, I often only have an hour to workout, so there have to be premixes that allow for 60 minutes and under.

Thanks, I really appreciate your help.

Happy Friday )

Congrats, to you ladies. You guys worked really hard for it ;o) ;o) ;o) Thank you again Rhonda for introducing this style of workout to me. I’m going to get the book soon.

Yesterday, was a terrific workout day. Last night I did Legs & Glutes and it was awesome. I didn’t go as heavy as I liked, but I did match Cathe.

My guy brought home gourmet pizza that he prepared at his job, he’s a Chef. He called me at work saying why you didn’t take the pizza I made you for lunch. I told him I was going to eat it for dinner. I got home took out 3 slices. And ran to the dumpster so longgg pizza <g> When he called me asking how was the pizza, I told him, baby it was delic. <g>I’m not going to mess this up for nobody or nothing ;o) I’m finally in control now. Even, Sis can’t stop me now.

Tonight: Imax 1-5 & ME.

Teddygirl~~

Teddygirl,

That is so funny. Actually I kind of do the same thing here at work. The girls here brought in a small cake for my birthday last year. I threw what was left over away. They bring me candy and I give it away. They mean well but we're not on the same page with our eating habits if you know what I mean. You said it girl -- you're in control!!!

Shopgirl,

I was looking through the DVD's and there are several I think would be good. If you're looking for heavier work, I would say the Pure Strenth series. I really love it and it includes some floor work. You could go with the CTX series which includes Leaner Legs but it's more pricey. I believe it's well worth it cause you get quite a variety of workouts in this one.

If you're looking for more endurance type work, Power Hour has some awesome lunge work in it. Goes on forever it seems.

Let's see what Rhonda thinks...

Teddygirl, now that IS control!! You're smart!

I totally agree with the suggestions for the Pure Strength series, or the CTX DVD. Both are fantastic for leg work, and of course for much much more. I've been using these 2 DVDs a lot in my lower body solution training. Actually these are the only 2 Cathe DVDs I have so far (boo hoo!), but when I picked them I knew that they would carry me a long long way.

Heidi

Heidi,

CTX was my first DVD set and I'm always using it by intself or in combination with other workouts. It's sooooo versatile. I thought I should start using Leaner Legs in this rotation. It would be perfect. Maybe Sunday!

Well my suggestions would be of course the only ones I have done...
Pure Strength
MIS
those first cause I like all the lunges, then..

Power Hour

lunges are good for the butt and hips...... and squats....

those are my pics......... Rhonda :7
