I had so much fun doing this one today. It kept me breathing and I really enjoyed the "step" routines--I used the band as my marker as well. I've been really loving this new series!

I'll be doing this one often. The moves were simple but got me sweaty and out of breath. The last part, I pulled out my step. Sounds crazy but I was nervous about slipping on the band.

I think the download and OnDemand versions are fine. The versions burned to DVD are not.

Yes, I immediately noticed the dvd picture quality was off as well. Luckily I don't need a crisp clear picture to utilize the workouts. I've also found "hiccups" between the chapters of 2 of the time savers I've done but at least it hasn't diminished my enjoyment of the workouts.
