I did it this morning and loved it! I needed to do some lower-body pilates and wanted to do some cardio with it. Plus, I was beginning to miss my CTX cardio. Anyway here it is:
Winsor Pilates Bun & Thigh Sculpting [followed by]
Hi-impact from Power Circuit (CTX) [followed by]
Intervals from Step & Intervals (CTX) [followed by]
Hi-Lo and Step from 10-10-10 (CTX) [followed by]
the cooldown from 10-10-10
I thought this mish-mosh (my first one) was so much fun! My lower half really felt it and it was change from the usual lunges and squats. If anybody decides to try it, let me know what you think!
