Love my High Step - shipped to the UK

I just thought I would post for any of you in the UK wondering about ordering the High Step I ordered mine from Cathe site it worked out to £75.00 I bought the High Step cover plus 5 riser as I don't own a club step, so including the very hefty shipping charge wow.

I ordered last Thursday and got a call on Friday from UPS to let me know there were customs charges I took a deep breath and asked how much (at this point I was very nervous ) shipping charge was just under £23. My step was delivered on Tuesday (due to the bank holiday) by a very cute UPS guy. I am fortunate that my shipments from UPS normally come in from London City so I am normally one of the first deliveries of the day.

I love the high step and it was worth the money now all I have to do is order the two high step workouts. I think it well worth it as I have several of Firm workouts that use the fanny lifter, and I love L&G it will be a lot easier using the High Step for these workouts rather than my Reebok step.

So I would recommend checking exchange rate my excuse for ordering was as I am not going on holiday this year I used that money for the step :+ .

Just checking, did the £75 include everything, ie, high step, risers, SNM's shipping charge, plus the import tax paid to UPS? (I'm also in the UK.)

No the import charge was extra the £75 was High Step and SNM shipping charge. The import charge was £23 which was cheaper than the import charge for 4 of the BB series dvd which cost me a lot more.

DebbieH I will definitely get the 2 High Step workouts they sound like a blast just what I need.

I also wanted to add I called up because I cancelled my Hardcore pre-order at the same time (no reason just wanted to rethink what I had ordered) I spoke to 2 people at SNM one left me feeling really worried (I thought she might cancel the wrong order) the other was just so helpful.

I ordered mine too and it cost just under £75 (not from Cathe!). Wanna know something that really pixxed me off. It cost less in UPS charges for highstep than it did when i ordered the Intensity Series. Now that makes me mad.

Wayne I couldn't agree more like I said I was expecting a whopping great bill after my BB dvds cost so much just for the import charges and it was nothing compared to the cost of importing the dvd's.:-(

have you guys tried CK sales? for Canadian Cathe fans - its great and I've read posts that other international fans enjoy CK sales as well. they only sell dvd's and videos though - I don't think they sell equipment.

I have bought all the dvd of cathe I did not have, except abs hits,with ck sales and they are wonderful.The price is cheaper as UPS and they canceled two orders of two dvd of hardcore because I want to preorder the 10 hardcore dvd the during the day I sent a mail asking for the cancelation. I have received my dvd ,in Spain, in 7,8,9 0r 10 days too.
