Love Low Max!

I just have to tell you how much I love Low Max. I can't do high impact exercises, yet I'm very fit (avid mountain biker) cardiovascularly, so I need an intense workout. I LOVE LOW MAX! With the 8" step I can barely finish and that's just where I want to be, something that challenges me when I need to workout inside and/or cross-train, without the high impact. Thank you so much for making this DVD and I hope you continue to do more like it.

I have to throw in that I love Muscle Max as well. I have most of your weight lifting DVDs and this has become my new favorite.

I WAYYYY second that! Although I love the high impact it is taking it's 23 yr toll on me! I say give me the same with lower intensity and I will do that to save my bones! Yep...in 9 days I will be 52 years old and our 17th grandchild is due in November. You rock Cathe! I am in GREAT shape because of your inspiration! THANK YOU CATHE!

I love Low Max too!! I hope that one day Cathe will make Low Max 2. It is such a fun good w/o, but I must confess that I still do it on my 6" step and I still work up a good sweat!;)
